Investment Criteria.

We are seeking investments ranging from $250,000 to $15 million in small to medium sized businesses in California and the Southwest region. Transaction types include management buyouts, build-ups, acquisitions, growth financings and recapitalizations. 

Our Investments are tailored to meet the growth and operating needs of companies by developing a flexible combination of structures including common stock, preferred stock, convertible debt and/or subordinated debt with warrants.
